*We encourage customers to carefully read our Refund and Return Policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for return or refund.

 

If there’s anything wrong with your order, give us a chance to make things right!

Need to return something? It’s ok - these things happen and we understand, no worries. We’ll happily allow returns for items in their original condition when:

 The item you purchased did not fit your desires

 The item you purchased is defective

 The item you purchased is incomplete

 The item you purchased is incorrect

If your purchase isn't the right, you have 14 days to ask for a refund or exchange, and we'll send it your way! 

 

As for refunds, we usually work on a case-to-case basis, but here are our fundamental refund rules:

● Any of the product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging!

● Refunds can be issued up to 14 days after you ordered. Once this given time frame is over, we’ll assume you’re satisfied with your items and will make your sale definite.

● Shipping costs on your initial order are non-refundable. Once your item has been shipped, we’ve already paid the provider and can’t even get the money back ourselves - even if we ask nicely! Therefore, shipping costs must be paid by you.

● All government taxes are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation or changes to your order can not be made but don't fret! If you’ve just placed your order and need to cancel order immediately , please Contact us. If your order is already past 24 hours, we suggest you to try our product first to see the benefits it can do and if there’s more we can do to make it right, we have an easy Returns & Refund Process.
